Tuna salad crackers

Looking for a quick and nutritious snack? Try these Tuna Salad Crackers! Enjoy it with a glass of water mixed with a sachet of mixed berry collagen for an extra boost. Perfect for a light lunch or a mid-day snack, this recipe is sure to become a favourite!
Ingredients (serves 1)
- 95g can tuna in springwater, drained
- 1/2 cup shredded carrot
- 1 celery stalk, diced
- 1 tbsp finely chopped red onion
- 1 heaped tbsp plain protein yoghurt
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper, to taste
To serve:
- 3-4 rye cruskits
- 1/2 mashed avocado
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1 sachet Mixed Berry Premium Collagen Peptides +1 glass of water
Method:
- Combine the tuna, shredded carrot, diced celery, chopped red onion, protein yoghurt, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a bowl until creamy.
- Top the cruskits with mashed avocado, cucumber slices, and then the tuna salad.
- Add the collagen to a glass of cold water and stir to dissolve.
- Serve and enjoy!
