      I wish I have bought more of this. Will def order more and try the other flavour. It really helps me sleep better. Very relaxing after taken. I mix it with hot water and low fat milk. Tastes great.

      This product has changed my terrible eating habits in the evening

      It’s also helping me fall asleep easier but I’m still waking through the night as I need to pee lol.

      With the warmer weather making an appearance I have been making it as a cold milk shake YummmmO
