      How much collagen you should take each day depends on your own health goals. Between 15-30grams of collagen peptides a day will give you visible results.

        I reallt love these drinks, all the ones I’ve tried in the past have tasted feral, but there isn’t a flavour I don’t like in this box! I like them all so much that I can’t commit to one flavour so I just keep buying the mixed flavours box.
