Protein Berry Bowl

Introducing the Protein Berry Bowl: a nutrient-packed breakfast or snack bursting with flavour. Loaded with antioxidants, potassium, and omega-3s from blueberries, banana, and chia seeds, it offers a nourishing start to your day. With added protein from vanilla glow shake and mixed berry collagen, it promotes muscle repair and satiety. Topped with coconut, fresh berries, banana, and peanut butter, it delivers a satisfying blend of sweet, tart, and creamy flavours for a delicious and wholesome treat.
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 large banana
1 scoop Vanilla Glow Shake
1 scoop Mixed Berry Collagen
1 tbsp chia seeds
Splash of milk, to blend
Handful of ice
To serve: top with shredded coconut, sliced banana, berries + peanut butter
Method:
- Add everything to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Spoon into a bowl and top with the toppings. Enjoy!
