        My 2026 challenge

        I had seen myself put so much weight on I was 79.8kg in December 2025 and its been a month and I have noticed a difference with myself. I have energy now compared to last year when I would just be so exhausted and not want to do anything with my children. im slowly loosing the weight may not be much atm but its something and as I continue on I guess I will notice.         This is the nicest collagen flavour and truly does the work with improving the skin , hair and nails and also helps with reaching the healthy weight.

        Give your self time for great results. I personally started Collagen co after my surgery suffering muscle loss so just a little tip if you see a scale go up a kilo or two its perfectly fine you are building your muscle to be able to improve your body composition and lose excess weight(viceral fat).
