Dreamy Protein Tiramisu

    Lightened-Up Classic with a Glow-Up
This Protein Tiramisu is creamy, coffee-kissed, and secretly packed with protein. With layers of vanilla YoPro, Glow Shake, and sponge fingers, it’s your favourite dessert—made better.
Ingredients (Makes 3 serves)
- 350g vanilla yopro
 - 1 scoop Vanilla Glow Shake
 - 1 tsp vanilla
 - 1 shot espresso + 150ml water (to dip biscuits)
 - 8 Sugar free sponge fingers
 - Dream Collagen sprinkled on top
 
Method:
- 
Make the cream layer: In a bowl, mix together the vanilla YoPro, Vanilla Glow Shake, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
 - 
Prepare the coffee dip: Combine 1 shot of espresso with 150ml water in a shallow bowl. Lightly dip each sponge finger for about 1–2 seconds per side — don’t soak them too long or they’ll fall apart.
 - 
Layer it up: In a small dish or 2–3 individual ramekins, begin layering:
 
- A layer of soaked sponge fingers
 - A layer of the protein yoghurt mixture
 - Repeat until all ingredients are used
 
- 
Chill & serve: Dust with Dream Collagen on top and refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours (or overnight) for best flavour and texture.
