Cottage Cheese, Honey and Pistachio Bites

  • 3 Arnott's cruskits (98% fat-free)
  • 100g Bulla Cottage Cheese (97% fat free)
  • 1 scoop The Collagen Co. Unflavoured Collagen
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp pistachios, crushed
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon sugar

Method

  1. In a small bowl, combine cottage cheese and collagen.
  2. Evenly spread cottage cheese mix onto crackers and press down with a fork.
  3. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and drizzle with honey. Top with crushed pistachios. Enjoy!
