Collagen Matcha Dalgona Latte

Also known as Whipped Matcha, inspired by the viral Whipped Coffee trend, but much healthier and full of the goodness of hydrolysed collagen protein and antioxidants from matcha green tea powder.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tsp matcha powder
- 2 tbsp hot water
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 1 scoop Unflavoured Premium Collagen Peptides
- 3 tbsp coconut sugar
- A pinch of pink salt
To serve: ice cubes + 1 cup milk
Method
Whisk together matcha and hot water until frothy. Add coconut cream, unflavoured premium collagen peptides, sugar, salt and matcha mixture in to a mixing bowl. Whisk on high speed for 2 min or until stiff peaks. Add ice to a glass and fill with milk 3/4 of the way. Dollop the matcha cream on top and sprinkle with some extra matcha powder!
