Made with a scoop of chocolate glow shake powder and topped with creamy peanut butter, it's a satisfying treat that's ready in minutes. Serves 1

1 scoop chocolate glow shake powder

1/3 cup oats

3 tbsp water

1 tbsp cocoa powder

1/4 tsp baking powder

1 egg

1 tsp peanut butter (for topping)

 

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients except the peanut butter to a blender and blend into a smooth batter.
  2. Grease a small microwave-safe dish with coconut oil spray, then pour in the batter.
  3. Microwave for 2.5 minutes.
  4. Top with peanut butter and enjoy!
