Serves 1
- 1 scoop Chocolate Milkshake Glow Shake
- 1/3 cup oats
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp peanut butter (for topping)
Method
- Add all the ingredients except the peanut butter to a blender and blend into a smooth batter.
- Grease a small microwave-safe dish with coconut oil spray, then pour in the batter.
- Microwave for 2.5 minutes.
