Ingredients (Makes 1 serve)
- ½ avocado
- 185g tuna (in springwater)
- 1 tbsp light cream cheese spread
- 2 tsp everything bagel seasoning
- 2 tbsp fresh tomato, diced
- 2 tsp sriracha
- 3 light Cruskits (or other light crispbread)
Method
- Add avocado, tuna, light cream cheese and everything bagel seasoning to a bowl and mash together.
- Spread the mixture evenly across 3 Cruskits and top with diced tomatoes, and sriracha.
