Apple cinnamon yoghurt bowl

This Apple Cinnamon Yoghurt Bowl is the perfect high-protein breakfast or snack when you're craving something sweet, satisfying, and nourishing. Made with creamy Greek yoghurt and our Cinnabon Glow Shake, it's packed with protein and topped with crunchy granola, fresh apple, and a drizzle of peanut butter for the ultimate cinnamon roll-inspired flavour.

Ingredients (serves 1)

1/2 cup light Greek yoghurt
1 scoop Cinnabon Glow Shake protein powder (optional: 2 scoops for higher protein)
1 small red apple, diced
1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
⅛ cup granola
1 tsp peanut butter

Method

1. Prepare the yoghurt base
In a bowl, mix Greek yoghurt with protein powder until smooth and creamy.

2. Assemble
Top yoghurt with diced apples, granola, and peanut butter. Finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
