Ingredients (serves 2)
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup dark cocoa powder
- 2 scoops Unflavoured Premium Collagen Peptides
- 3 tbsp granulated monk fruit or stevia
- 2 tbsp crushed hazelnuts
- Optional: melted dark chocolate
Method
- Add the cottage cheese, cocoa powder, collagen and sweetener to a mini food processor and blend until smooth.
- Sprinkle half of the hazelnuts between 2 jars then top with the mousse.
- Drizzle with melted chocolate then top with the remaining hazelnuts.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to form a chocolate shell then enjoy!
