Salted Caramel Lava Cake

Indulge in the ultimate treat with our Salted Caramel Lava Cake! This decadent dessert oozes with caramel while sneaking in a healthy twist—packed with protein and collagen to support your glow and recovery. It’s the perfect guilt-free way to satisfy your sweet tooth and fuel your body!
Ingredients (Serves 1):
Lava Cake
- 2 scoops Salted Caramel Glow Shake
 - 1 egg
 - ½ tsp baking powder
 - 1 tbsp almond milk
 - 1 tbsp Sugar Free Maple Syrup
 
Toppings
- 10g dark chocolate
 - 2 tsp Sugar Free Caramel Syrup
 
Method:
- In a small bowl mix protein powder, egg, baking powder, almond milk and maple syrup.
 - Add ingredients to a ramekin and top with chocolate. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 180oC.
 - Remove from oven and top with caramel syrup.
