Healthy Beef Patty Burgers

Ingredients (Serves 4)
- 500g grass fed beef mince
- 1 free range egg
- 1/4 cup almond meal/flour
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 tbsp italian herbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 4 x gluten free burger buns
- Sliced pickles
- Brown onion, finely diced
- Mingle BBQ sauce
- 1/2 avo, mashed
Method
- In a large bowl, mix together patty ingredients.
- Using your hands, make 4 even sized patties.
- Cook patties on a fry pan or BBQ.
- Toast your burger bun.
- Spread avo & 1 tbsp mingle BBQ sauce on each burger bun.
- Add pickles, onion and beef patty.
