Ingredients (Serves 4)
Beef patty
500g grass fed beef mince
1 free range egg
1/4 cup almond meal/flour
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1 tbsp italian herbs
1 tsp garlic powder
Burger
4 x gluten free burger buns
Sliced pickles
Brown onion, finely diced
Mingle BBQ sauce
1/2 avo, mashed

To serve: 2 scoops Strawberry Watermelon Collagen + 400ml cold water

Method

1. In a large bowl, mix together patty ingredients.
2. Using your hands, make 4 even sized patties.
3. Cook patties on a fry pan or BBQ.
4. Toast your burger bun.
5. Spread avo & 1 tbsp mingle BBQ sauce on each burger bun.
6. Add pickles, onion and beef patty.
