High protein pizza (Serves 1)
1 high-protein pizza base
3 tbsp pizza sauce
1 large handful of baby spinach, chopped
1/4 cup red onion, sliced
1/4 red capsicum, thinly sliced
4-5 green olives, sliced
40g ham, chopped
1/2 cup mozzarella, grated
Collagen drink:
1 sachet of mixed berry collagen
2 cups water
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and place the pizza base on a round pizza tray.
- Spread with the sauce, then top with spinach, onion, capsicum, olives, ham, and finish with the cheese. Bake for 12 minutes.
- Meanwhile, add the collagen to a glass of cold water and stir to dissolve.
Slice up the pizza and enjoy!
