Banana Protein Pancakes

Start your day with fluffy Banana Protein Pancakes! Packed with protein and natural sweetness, they’re a delicious, nourishing way to fuel your morning and keep you energised.
Ingredients (serves 2):
Pancakes
- 1 Banana
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Scoops Vanilla Glow Shake Collagen Co.
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp Chia seeds
- 1 tbsp Sugar Free Maple Syrup
Toppings
- 2 tbsp YoPro Vanilla Yoghurt
- 10 Raspberries
- 2 tbsp Sugar Free Maple Syrup
Method:
- In a mixing bowl, mash the banana until smooth.
- Crack the eggs into the bowl and whisk together with the mashed banana until well combined.
- Add vanilla glow shake, maple syrup and chia seeds to the mixture and stir until fully combined.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Lightly grease the pan with a small amount of oil or butter. Pour a small amount of batter onto the pan, forming a pancake. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Stack the pancakes on a plate and top with a dollop of yoghurt, fresh raspberries, and a drizzle of maple syrup.
