    Evening: Collagen Dream Hot Chocolate
    30 minutes before bed, mix 2 scoops with 200–250ml of hot water and stir until smooth.

      Such a great flavour

      I was a bit apprehensive about the flavour as I’m not one for fruity flavours but I tried it and it was so good! Have with ice water and a few ice cubes, gives me a great energy boost too!

      Our daughter, her partner and my self have been using this as evening hot chocolate to help with going to sleep when under stress. It works very well. And it is a nice flavour. I find it a little sweet, but the young folks love it.

      Absolutely love this product. I’ve always struggled falling asleep and I looove cosying up on the couch 1/2hour before bed with a hot chocolate!
