Smoked Salmon Bagel

A classic combo with a nourishing twist — toasted bagel topped with creamy cottage cheese, smoked salmon, avocado, and sesame seeds. Served with a refreshing glass of Beauty Greens for a glow-up from the inside out.

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 1 bagel
  • 50g cottage cheese
  • 50g smoked salmon
  • ½ avocado, sliced
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 2 scoops beauty greens powder
  • 1 glass cold water

Method

  1. Slice the bagel in half and toast until golden.
  2. Spread each half with cottage cheese. Top with smoked salmon, avocado slices, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
  3. Add beauty greens powder to a glass of cold water, stir well to dissolve, and enjoy!
