Chicken Halloumi Wraps

    Get ready to elevate your lunchtime routine with these delicious Chicken Halloumi Wraps. Complemented by a refreshing garlic yogurt sauce infused with unflavoured collagen for an added health boost, this recipe is both flavourful and functional. 
Ingredients (makes 2)
- 200g chicken breast, cubed
 - 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
 - Salt and pepper
 - 4 slices reduced-fat halloumi
 - 2 low-carb potatoes, cut into chips
 - Olive oil spray
 - 2 coles wraps
 
Garlic Yoghurt Sauce
- 1 tbsp plain protein yoghurt
 - 1 scoop Unflavoured Premium Collagen Peptides
 - 1/2 tsp minced garlic
 - 1 tbsp chopped parsley
 - 1 tsp lemon juice
 - Pinch of salt
 
Method
- Toss the chicken in the Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper, and spray with olive oil. Cook in a small pan over medium heat until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
 - Cut the potatoes into chips and cook over medium heat with a little oil and salt for 4-5 minutes on each side.
 - Cook the halloumi for about 2 minutes on each side until grill marks appear.
 - Mix the garlic yoghurt sauce ingredients together.
 - Divide the garlic yoghurt sauce between the flatbreads, then add some chips, chicken, and 2 slices of hot halloumi to each one. Bring the bottom up and then fold the sides in tightly. Serve immediately.
