Chicken Halloumi Wraps
Get ready to elevate your lunchtime routine with these delicious Chicken Halloumi Wraps. Complemented by a refreshing garlic yogurt sauce infused with unflavoured collagen for an added health boost, this recipe is both flavourful and functional. 

Makes 2


200g chicken breast, cubed

1 tsp Cajun seasoning

Salt and pepper

4 slices reduced-fat halloumi

2 low-carb potatoes, cut into chips

Olive oil spray

2 coles wraps

Garlic Yoghurt Sauce

1 tbsp plain protein yoghurt

1 scoop unflavoured collagen

1/2 tsp minced garlic

1 tbsp chopped parsley

1 tsp lemon juice

Pinch of salt


  1. Toss the chicken in the Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper, and spray with olive oil. Cook in a small pan over medium heat until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  2. Cut the potatoes into chips and cook over medium heat with a little oil and salt for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  3. Cook the halloumi for about 2 minutes on each side until grill marks appear.
  4. Mix the garlic yoghurt sauce ingredients together.
  5. Divide the garlic yoghurt sauce between the flatbreads, then add some chips, chicken, and 2 slices of hot halloumi to each one. Bring the bottom up and then fold the sides in tightly. Serve immediately.
