          Mix/Blend with 350ml of chilled water and shake or blend well. For extra flavour and creaminess, you can also substitute water for your favourite milk or milk alternative. Replace up to 2 meals per day with your Glow Shakes along with a nutritious balanced diet.

          1. Add 1 serving (2 scoops) 
into your mug.
          2. Pour 200-250ml hot 
water into the mug.
          3. Mix well until the powder is totally dissolved.
          4. Add a splash of milk or milk alternative for extra creaminess.

              This meal replacement drink (Chocolate Milkshake) tastes great and is so refreshing to have for breakfast for people on the go. It is very quick and easy to prepare and I feel satisfied after drinking the 350ml each morning. It definitely gets me through to lunch time. My weight is dropping slowly each week so I know I won't gain weight back. Ive been on it now for about a month and are very satisfied knowing my body is getting the collagen and peptides that I need.

              Love this shake the most, love the flavour, love the texture, love the ease of making and absolutely love NOT feeling bloated any more.

              Weight is coming off nicely using this as a meal replacement. Not hungry or looking for night time snacks is a huge plus with this meal replacement.
