How to enjoy it?
Add 1 serve to 250-500ml hot or cold water, fruit or your favourite smoothie and mix well. Adding the powder first helps the collagen powder to mix in better. Unfavoured collagen can also be added to tea or coffee and baked into cakes or biscuits for a delicious collagen snack.
How many serves a day?
How much collagen you should take each day depends on your own health goals. Between 15-30grams of collagen peptides a day will give you visible results.

The jury is still out but here I go. I started my GLpL1 journey a year ago. I am still on a baby dose and have lost significant weight using all the other tools to try and change what I have been doing. I also have a family history of hair thinning. I went to see my hair dresser and 4 months six months before sge said she had started using this. Thats all she had changed and her hair was absolutely noticeably thicker. So I thought, why not. I have also had recently started using hair shots. I have continued with both and I honestly feel I have new growth and my hair and nails are in recovery. I by no means have a mane but when I stand under the flourescent lights and look in the mirror wet ir dry it looks better.
