Add 1 serve to 250-500ml hot or cold water, fruit or your favourite smoothie and mix well. Adding the powder first helps the collagen powder to mix in better. Unfavoured collagen can also be added to tea or coffee and baked into cakes or biscuits for a delicious collagen snack.
How many serves a day?
How much collagen you should take each day depends on your own health goals. Between 15-30grams of collagen peptides a day will give you visible results.

I purchased the Strawberry watermelon collagen peptides and have been using the recommended dose for about 3 weeks. Pleasant (slightly sweet) taste and dissolves easily in water. I haven't noticed any benefits yet but will keep taking it daily as I purchased 2 canisters, so hopefully after a couple of months I'll notice change. I'm hoping to improve the condition of my hair.
