How much collagen you should take each day depends on your own health goals. Between 15-30grams of collagen peptides a day will give you visible results.

I’ll be honest—at first, I didn’t love the texture. But I kept at it and started drinking it every day, both during the workweek and on weekends. Eventually, I figured out how to make it just right!
