      Nicest flavour

      I loved the flavour, it’s the nicest sleep powder I’ve tried but because I have to take medication it didn’t have the same effect as it does with my friend who takes it every night. Who can’t go to sleep without it.

      Quite effective

      Our daughter, her partner and my self have been using this as evening hot chocolate to help with going to sleep when under stress. It works very well. And it is a nice flavour. I find it a little sweet, but the young folks love it.
