        How to enjoy it?

        Premium Collagen Peptides

        Add 1 serving to 250-500ml hot or cold water, fruit or your favourite smoothie and mix well. Adding the powder first helps the collagen powder to mix in better.

        Glow Shakes

        Mix/Blend with 350ml of chilled water and shake or blend well. For extra flavour and creaminess, you can also substitute water for your favourite milk or milk alternative. Replace up to 2 meals per day with your Glow Shakes along with a nutritious balanced diet.

        Collagen Dream

        1. Add 1 serving (2 scoops) into your mug.
        2. Pour 200-250ml hot 
water into the mug.
        3. Mix well until the powder is totally dissolved.
        4. Add a splash of milk or milk alternative for extra creaminess.

        How many serves a day?
        How much collagen you should take each day depends on your own health goals. Between 15-30 grams of collagen peptides daily will give you visible results.

          Weeks ago I purchased the Vanilla meal replacement plus violet crumble , chocolate and iced coffee, I added frozen mango to the vanilla and it was so delicious. I have made 2 orders now, my favourites are violet crumble, cinnamon Churro and the chocolate mint, I found the chocolate mint tastes like the Peppermint crisp bars. Overall highly recommend just finished week 3 of meal replacements and already list 8 kilos.

          So so delicious!

          I have now tried pretty much every flavour of the glow shake, this one is one of my top flavours. Sooo delicious and probably one of the ones that get the thickest (which I love). Salted caramel is delicious on its own but because I love banoffee, I mix one scoop of salted caramel with one scoop of banana for the most delicious banoffee mix 🤤

          I’ll never live without the glow shakes now! Thank you collagen co! 🥰
