When I heard The Collagen Co. was bringing out electrolytes, my first thought was "yeah nah I don't need that". I watched the video with Millie and Millie explaining about water consumption, absorbtion and hydration ... then my second thought was "Here comes another blue box..Hubby's gonna kill me 😇."
Labouring on a cattle station drinking 3 litres of water a day in over 30° and I was so parched and couldn't quench my thirst. (Can I talk about dark pee only once a day?)
