Eligible Entrants
Entry to the Promotion is open to New Zealand residents who fulfil the method of entry requirements and are 18 years of age or older.

Details of Prizes
The total maximum approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $50,000 NZD.

The Grand Prize Winner will receive one (1) $50,000 Luxury Escapes credit (“Credit”). Credit is redeemable for travel and experiences at www.luxuryescapes.com and may be used in one (1) or more transactions. Credit must be used within three (3) years of issuance; after which the Credit will expire.

Method of Entry
To enter the promotion, individuals must complete one or more of the following actions during the Promotional Period. Entries will be allocated as follows:

Online Purchases:
Receive 1 entry for every $1 NZD spent at thecollagen.co, calculated on the final order subtotal after discounts and promotions have been applied, and excluding shipping, and gift card purchases.

Email Sign-Up:
Receive 1 entry when subscribing to The Collagen Co mailing list.

App Download:
Receive 1 entry when downloading The Collagen Co App.

Bonus Entry Mechanics
In addition to the standard entry mechanic, entrants may receive bonus entries during the Promotional Period as follows:

Product Quantity Bonus Entries (per transaction):

Entrants will receive bonus entries based on the number of products purchased in a single transaction, as follows:

Purchase of three (3) products in one transaction = 30 bonus entries

Purchase of four (4) products in one transaction = 40 bonus entries

Purchase of five (5) or more products in one transaction = 50 bonus entries

Repeat Purchase Bonus Entries:

Entrants who complete two (2) separate completed transactions during the Promotional Period will receive an additional 100 bonus entries, which will be awarded after the second purchase is completed.

Double Entry Promotional Periods
During the following promotional periods (“Double Entry Periods”), entrants will receive two (2) entries for every $1 NZD spent (instead of the standard one (1) entry per $1 NZD spent), calculated in accordance with the Method of Entry:

9 April 2026 (24 hours)

21 April 2026 – 22 April 2026 (48 hours)

Double Entry Periods apply to online purchases only and do not apply to any other entry methods, including (but not limited to) Chemist Warehouse receipt entries.

All other entry conditions, including exclusions and limitations, continue to apply during the Double Entry Periods.

Entry Conditions

For online purchases and qualifying actions to be tracked, entrants must have an active account on thecollagen.co website. Entries may not be processed without a registered account.

Gift card purchases are excluded and will not generate entries into the promotion.

Wholesale customer orders are excluded and will not generate entries into the promotion.

If an order that generated entries is refunded, cancelled, or partially refunded during the Promotional Period, the corresponding entries will be removed from the entrant’s total.

Maximum Number of Entries
A maximum of 5,000 entries per entrant will be allocated to an entrant during the Promotional Period. Any entries accrued in excess of this limit will not be included in the draw.

Prize Draw
A random prize draw, in the presence of an independent scrutineer, will occur 1:00 PM on 04 May 2026
