How to enjoy it?
Glow Shake
Mix/Blend with 350ml of chilled water and shake or blend well. For extra flavour and creaminess, you can also substitute water for your favourite milk or milk alternative.
Replace up to 2 meals per day with your Glow Shakes along with a nutritious balanced diet.

Start your day with 2 heaped scoops mixed into 250–350ml of cold water.
Best taken first thing in the morning on an empty stomach to support digestion, gut health, and all-day energy.
